Training The Trainers

In its endeavour to impart quality  education and standardization of such quality, ITRC conducts regular training workshops for the trainers and teachers working  at it franchising network. This effort is  to keep them updated with the latest education trends and career prospects with latest information which is helpful for trainers in imparting the same to the students.

It has be en observed by the top management of ITRC that entrepreneurs who are running their centers in rural areas usually conduct only the basic courses and they stick to only those courses for which trainers are easily available locally. This leads to gradual decline in their revenue which most of the time ends up in the closure of a center. Here was a need to upgrade the trainers so that new and advance level courses shall be launched in rural locations for which the need to conduct training to trainers arose.  Special Trainer’s training sessions are conducted for rural franchise partners of ITRC for launching advance level programs.
