2. Call Center Executive – Handset

3. Field Sales Executive


 

Role Discription : Deliver stock to retailers and increase outlet universe, to cover entire population in the assigned territory.

Time Duration : 120 hrs

Minimum Eligibility : 10+2 or Eqvivalent

Brif Job Discription : Individual at this job visits retail outlets to deliver prepaid telecom products/services to retailers, as per daily Route/Beat Plan. Individual is also responsible to achieve monthly revenue target, increase width and depth of distribution, adhere to process compliance for new customer enrollment and increase customer base.

4. Call Center Executive –Repair Center



Role Discription : Providing service support to customers walking in at the shop/showroom/relationship centre/repair centre, with handset/accessory related queries/issues.

Time Duration : 120 hrs

Minimum Eligibility : 10+2 or Eqvivalent

Brif Job Discription : Individuals at this job provide customer service by interacting with walk-in customers. They also handle, follow-up and resolve customer’s queries, requests and complaints, in a timely manner.

5. Call Center Executive – Call Center


Role Discription : Provide customer service support by interacting with customers over the phone.

Time Duration : 120 hrs

Minimum Eligibility : 10+2 or Eqvivalent

Brif Job Discription : Individuals at this job provide customer service support to an organization by interacting with their customers over the phone. They also handle, follow and resolvecustomer’s queries, requests and complaintsin a timely manner.
