Role Discription : Generate and handle potential customer leads, present value proposition of the auto components for OEM vehicles and manage sales in the retail market along with developing new avenues for business growth.

Time Duration : 120 hrs

Minimum Eligibility : Graduate Degree/Diploma in any discipline

Brif Job Discription : A Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales, growth and account penetration within an assigned market segment by effectively selling the auto components / aggregates either in the retail market, to OEM dealers/ distributors or directly to the key customers/ accounts. The person is also responsible for developing new markets for the auto component products and securing new business accounts/customers.

2. Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Role Discription : Assist in sales support and expansion through customer satisfaction.

Time Duration : 130 hrs

Minimum Eligibility : Graduate Degree/Diploma in any discipline

Brif Job Discription : A Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for assisting in sales support and expansion through customer satisfaction, activities such as enhancing customer experience at the dealership showroom, recording their effectiveness and supervising the overall implementation are also part of the job role.

3. Telecaller

Role Discription : Assist and support sales function through making cold calls to the customers supporting sales and service through telemarketing activities.

Time Duration : 120 hrs

Minimum Eligibility : 10+2

Brif Job Discription : A Telecaller is responsible for making cold calls to the customer and supporting sales to generate sales leads (telemarketing activities) and also support follow-up calls to support both sales and service activities.

4. Showroom Hostess

Role Discription : Responsible for coordinating the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries.

Time Duration : 110 hrs

Minimum Eligibility : 10+2

Brif Job Discription : A Showroom Hostess / Host is responsible for handling the front office work. The individual attends to the customers and coordinates response to their queries.
