Recruitment of Vocational Trainers on Contract Basis

Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates for the posts of Vocational Trainers in the sectors of …MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT… purely on contractual basis. The selected candidates shall be deployed in  16 Government Schools of Jammu & Kashmir (under Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyaan, J&K)  in BADGAM, PULWAMA, JAMMU, RAJAURI, UDHAMPUR districts of J&K State.

The above appointment is to be issued on following terms and conditions:

  1. The candidate must be permanent resident of J&K State.
  2. The candidate must fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below and must also possess the requisite experience.
  3. Due weightage shall be given to qualifications on pro- rata basis.
  4. Preference shall be given to candidates hailing from same district
  5. Preference shall be given to deserving candidates having post graduation in the relevant field.
  6. In case of non-availability of candidates in any district, the selection for such trades will be made from adjacent districts or within the division.
  7. The appointment shall be made initially for one year and further extension shall be made on the basis of performance of the candidates.
  8. The trainers so selected, shall be governed by rules and regulations of the concerned employer, Vocational Training Partners.
  9. The candidate so selected shall be paid a fixed honorarium of Rs, 20,000 per month.

10.  The ONLINE applications must be submitted by or before 15/08/2017 and Scanned copy of the Application Form shall be mailed to our office at ITRC TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. Shiv Nagar, NH-1A, Udhampur, J&K-182 101 at itrc.jk@gmail.com on or before 15/08/2017.

11.  A payment of Rs. 200 shall be charged for applying to said posts in the form of Demad Drafts/ NEFT or Net Banking. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST, RBA and Physically/Visually Challenged categories shall need to pay an amount of Rs. 100.

12.  The candidates shall have to appear in a written examination (consisting of 50 marks) followed by a viva voce (consisting of 30 marks), The other parameters   of selection shall include merit in qualifying examination (15 Marks)and experience (5 marks). The viva voce shall include general Subjective Knowledge Evaluation and Communication Skills.

13.  No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates appearing for the written examination and viva voce.
