The curriculum of our employability program - NEEDS has been developed after taking valuable inputs from industry. The SOPs, work instructions, training manuals and presentations were referred by the academic training experts of ITRC before developing the contents of NEEDSSM program.The three month duration program focuses to deliver the practical aspects of soft and behavioural skills needed by the industry. The aim is to enhance the placement probability of the candidate and also expose him/her to the working environment in multinational companies
